Take a virtual tour

House-hunting has recently become a lot more convenient in Cayman thanks to modern technology.

When you have decided on the type of home you want to buy, it’s a case of finding the right place at the right price.

With a multitude of properties on the market, house hunting has often been a daunting and time-consuming task and involved driving around to view properties in person.

Now, however, you can take a virtual tour of the house or apartment on the website Cayman360.com which is leading the way in this pioneering technology.

The service was launched by realtor Kirk Foster, a member of Coldwell Banker Cayman Islands Realty Company, in January 2012 and he says the feedback has been excellent.

“Having a tour online helps to present your property in the best light without having to reorganise and re-stage your home every time a potential buyer would like to view it.”

The virtual tour is a tool to allow you 360-degree views of a property, going through it room by room, and showing you the vistas outside, which is ideal for buyers and a great platform for sellers.

Some of the properties listed with Cayman360.com’s virtual tours have been getting hundreds of viewings.

“In fact, on one property, we received an offer to purchase within a week of listing it, from a couple in another country,” says Kirk. “It was because they were able to gain a clear picture of the home through the virtual tour that they were comfortable enough to put down an offer.”

With a close-up virtual tour, you can use your imagination to define your space before even setting foot in the property.
