(serves 4 or multiple shot glasses)
- 2 mangoes
- 1 onion
- 1 cup cold water
- ¼ tsp Scotch bonnet or other pepper (to taste)
- 1 lime
- 1tsp grated or minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel, de-stone and cut up mangoes, chop onion, Scotch bonnet and juice lime.
Puree all ingredients together gradually adding water till you have the required consistency.
Chill and serve.
